An apparatus for supplying high quality urea is provided to prevent loss of the urea during purification of exhaust gas by preventing a slip of the urea. An apparatus for supplying high quality urea includes a urea tank(10), a urea supply pipe(20), an ammonia conversion unit(30), and an electronic control unit. The urea tank stores urea. The urea supply pipe is connected to the urea tank and an exhaustion pipe to supply the urea to the exhaustion pipe. The ammonia conversion unit is provided in the interior of the exhaustion pipe and is communicated to a discharge opening of the urea supply pipe to discharge the urea into the exhaustion pipe. The electronic control unit controls the ammonia conversion unit.
