A joint connector structure for CAN(Controller Area Network) communication of a vehicle is provided to connect a main line and a branch line through a press-contact method and effectively shield electromagnetic noise using a ferrite core. A joint connector structure includes a first joint connector(2a) and a second joint connector(2b). The first joint connector includes a conductive press-contact terminal(6) and an opening in a predetermined shape through which a wire is inserted. The press-contact terminal is integrated with the first joint connector. The opening is respectively formed at the top and bottom faces in the length direction of the wire. The second joint connector includes an insertion guide(8) into which the press-contact terminal of the first joint connector is inserted, and an opening in a predetermined shape through which a wire is inserted. The insertion guide is integrated with the second joint connector, and the opening is respectively formed at the top and bottom ends of the second joint connector in the length direction of the wire. The first and second joint connectors are connected to each other by combining the press-contact terminal with the insertion guide.
