An exhaust manifold using an optimized double method is provided to solve a problem about the durability of a single SUS material exhaust manifold. An exhaust manifold using an optimized double method includes a main exhaust manifold and an inner cone section. A discharge pipe, a fixing section formed at the periphery of the discharge pipe, and a main pipe communicated with the discharge pipe are integrally formed by a cast molding. The inner cone section is welded to the front end of the main exhaust manifold and is formed of a catalyst activation material. The inner cone section is formed of an SUS material and a first product and a second product are welded to each other.
