A food storing vessel using charcoal is provided to maximize the effects of charcoal such as emission of far infrared rays and anion, moisture removal, and deodorization by inserting charcoal particles around the whole peripheral surface of an inner vessel storing the foods. The food storing vessel using charcoal is composed of an outer vessel(10) made of air-impermeable materials and formed with an opened upside; an inner vessel(20) of a porous structure formed correspondently to the shape of the outer vessel and installed in the outer vessel with spacing from the outer vessel at a predetermined gap; charcoal particles(50) filled in a first filling space(X) formed between the inner and outer vessels; and a detachable lid(40) installed on the upper side of the inner and outer vessels.
