An apparatus for holding a mobile phone in a vehicle is provided to conveniently hold and separate the mobile phone mounted on a concealed certain position, regardless of the kind of mobile phones. An apparatus for holding a mobile phone in a vehicle includes a housing(10), a base(20), a holding part(30), and a synchronous drive part(40). The housing is inserted and fixed to a certain position of the vehicle. The housing has a cover for providing good appearance. The base is installed in the housing to divide a space in the housing. The base has a car kit connector positioned opposite to a car kit terminal of the mobile phone. The holding part is installed in the housing. The holding part includes a cross lever mechanism(31) and a spring(34). The synchronous drive part is installed in holding part disposed in the space divided by the base.
