摘要 A structure for coupling a rotor part of a vacuum pump is provided to form a rotor by integrally joining a first part made of steel and a second part formed by sintering together, wherein the joining is carried out by friction generated by inserting the second part into the first part which rotates at a high speed. In a structure for coupling a rotor part of a vacuum pump, the rotor part(10) is formed of a first part(12) connected to a cam shaft and formed with a steel material, and a second part(14) formed by sintering to be positioned on a chamber part(2a) and mounted with a vane, wherein the second part serves as a rotating part. The second part is reinforced in the stiffness by infiltration via an infiltration metal. The second part is pressed into the first part while the first part is fixed, so that friction and pressure are generated in contact surfaces therebetween, wherein the friction and pressure directly join the first and second parts together.
