A control unit (11) is connected electrically to an output of the voltage detection unit and to an output of the unit (7), and controls extinction of an activation lamp (13) when the current or voltage is detected at the terminals of the cutting apparatus. The control unit controls ignition of the lamp when the current and voltage is not detected.
