A driving circuit, a thin film transistor substrate including the same, a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a gate driving circuit at a region where a sealant is linearly applied, and prevent a defective seal cover by forming a pitch between output terminals of the gate driving circuit smaller than a pitch between gate lines. A thin film transistor array is formed in a display area. A seal line(40) is formed along an outer edge of the display area in a non-display area. A driving circuit(50) overlaps a linear portion of the seal line to drive a thin film transistor. A pitch between output terminals(60) of the driving circuit is narrower than a pitch between driving signal lines connected to the thin film transistor. A connection line(70) connects the output terminal of the driving circuit with the driving signal line, and is formed as an oblique line.
