A FRP sewer pipe is provided to prevent the corrosion and water leakage of a sewer pipe, thereby to increase durability by manufacturing a sewer pipe with FRP(fiberglass reinforced plastics) and stainless steel, and a construction method of the sewer pipe is provided to shorten working hours and to increase constructability by laying and connecting the FRP sewer pipes in the ground and placing FRP on each connection of the FRP sewer pipes. The FRP sewer pipe is manufactured by placing FRP(fiberglass reinforced plastics)(8) on the outside of a round sewer pipe mold primarily and hardening, stripping off the inner mold for a round sewer pipe, arranging stainless steel flat bars(9) on the primarily placed FRP surface horizontally and vertically at regular intervals with primer and welding, and placing FRP(10) on the fixed stainless steel flat bars secondarily. The construction method of the FRP sewer pipe comprises the steps of forming an underground space, constructing a foundation on the bottom of the underground space, placing the FRP sewer pipes in the underground space, connecting many FRP sewer pipes by putting a flange(5) and a flange(5) formed on two sides of the FRP sewer pipe into contact with each other and connecting with bolts and nuts in the underground space and placing FRP on each connection of the FRP sewer pipe.
