摘要

An image sensor and a method for driving a transfer transistor of the same are provided to prevent effectively a noise such as dark current under low operation voltage environment. An image sensor includes a photodiode(PD) and a transfer transistor(Tx) for transferring generated from the photodiode for transferring light-induced charges to a floating diffusion node. A floating diffusion node and a channel of the transfer transistor are separated into a depletion region in a turning-on state of the transfer transistor so that the transfer transistor is operated in a pseudo pinch-off mode.
