A shift control module for manual transmission is provided to enhance accuracy of shifting operation by reducing a gap between connective parts. One end of a select lever(12) is coupled with an end of a select cable(11) by using a hinge. One end of a first finger rod(13) is fixed and coupled to the other end of the select lever. A select finger(15) is rotatably coupled with a joint part of a control shaft body part. One end of a shift lever(22) is coupled with an end of a shift cable. On end of a second finger rod(23) is fixed and coupled to the other end of the shift lever. A shift finger(25) is formed at the other end of the second finger rod and is rotatably coupled to a joint part of a control shaft body. The select lever, the first finger rod, the shift lever, and the second finger rod receive linear power of the corresponding cable in order to cause linear motion and rotatory motion of the control shaft body and the control shaft.
