An OSD(On Screen Display) for configuration of a display device using graphic icons is provided to minimize a screen area covered by an OSD by reducing the size of a menu icon. One of menu items is displayed as a currently selected menu item, menu items are displayed at sides of the menu item, and a menu icon of a first level, which has a side divided into at least one of the sides and represents a 3-dimensional wheel, is displayed on a screen(1) of a display device. Different menu items are displayed at the sides of the wheel of the menu icon of the first level when a scroll command is inputted. When an activation command is inputted, one of menu items is displayed as a currently selected menu item, sides of the displayed menu item displays menu items, and a menu icon of a second level, which has a side divided into at least one of the sides and represents a 3-dimensional wheel, is displayed on the screen of the display device. The menu icon displayed in the menu icon of the second level is determined by a menu item selected from a menu tree and the menu icon of the first level.
