摘要 A metal nanoparticle chemical sensor material relatively insensitive to moisture and a chemical sensor array comprising the same sensor material are provided to diagnose a specific disease by detecting a specific disease gas in human breathing gas which is rich in moisture. The metal nanoparticle chemical sensor material relatively insensitive to moisture comprises a metal nanoparticle(12) having diameter of 1-20 nm and one or more kinds of hydrophobic ligand molecules(11,13) surrounding the metal nanoparticle by binding to the surface of the metal nanoparticle and having relatively low conductivity to the metal, wherein the ligand molecules are linear or branched saturated or unsaturated aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons, a short chain hydrocarbon ligand molecule(11) and a long chain hydrocarbon ligand molecule(13), or linear or branched aliphatic hydrocarbons having carbon number of 3-18; and the metal is gold, silver, platinum or copper.
