An oil reserver mounting structure is provided to improve the fixing property of an oil reserver by fixing a mounting bracket and the oil reserver longitudinally. An oil reserver mounting structure of a vehicle includes an oil reserver mounting bracket, a clip(50), and an oil reserver fixing member(30). The oil reserver mounting bracket is fixed to a body of the vehicle. The clip is fixed on one side of an upper portion of the oil reserver mounting bracket. The oil reserver fixing member is inserted into and fixed to a space formed between the oil reserver mounting bracket and the clip longitudinally. The oil reserver mounting bracket is a substantially T-shaped plate member.
