A rear roll rod of a vehicle is provided to effectively reduce the acceleration of the vehicle by engaging and releasing a bush fixing frame with and from a mounting bracket when a load above a deviation strength is applied. In a rear roll rod of a vehicle, a bush recess(15) is formed at the outer periphery of the body. The rear roll rod includes a bush(16), a bush fixing frame(18), and a mounting bracket(24). The bush is formed of a rubber material and is installed in the bush recess. The bush fixing frame fixes the bush. The mounting bracket is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the bush fixing frame. A boss is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the bush fixing frame and supports the front side of the mounting bracket. A wedge passing recess is formed in the bush fixing frame. A first wedge recess is formed on the lower side of the mounting bracket. A second wedge recess is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the bush. One end of the mounting bracket is inserted into the first wedge recess and extends through the wedge passing recess. The other end of the bush is detachably fixed to the outer surface of the bush fixing frame by a fixing wedge fixed to the second wedge recess of the bush.
