PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene polymer composition for forming a sheet having excellent rigidity and transparency, slight influences on moldability even when a temperature distribution is caused during hot molding and capable of affording a uniform molded product, a propylene polymer sheet obtained from the polymer composition, a method for producing the propylene polymer sheet and a secondarily fabricated molded product of the sheet such as a packaging material. SOLUTION: This propylene polymer composition for forming the sheet comprises components (A) and (B). The component A: 10-80 wt.% of a propylene polymer having 0.1-20 g/10 min and≥0.905 g/cm<SP>3</SP>melt flow rate (MFR) and the component B: 90-20 wt.% of a propylene-α-olefin copolymer having 0.1-20 g/10 min MFR, 110-155°C melting temperature and satisfying formula (1) -22 Cx+171≤Tm≤-22Cx+191 (1) [wherein, Cx denotes the olefin content (wt.%); and Tm denotes the melt temperature (°C)].
