An apparatus and a method for automatic production of sterilizing and disinfecting water are provided to automatically produce the sterilizing and disinfecting water in an inexpensive and convenient manner, and produce the sterilizing and disinfecting water safely without generating chlorine gas. An apparatus for automatic production of sterilizing and disinfecting water comprises: a body(10) in which a space is formed, and to which a power source of AC 100 V to AC 240 V is supplied; a tap water inlet(15) installed at one side of the body; a supply channel(20) connected to one end of the tap water inlet; a solenoid valve(25) installed in the middle of the supply channel; a flow meter(12) installed next to the solenoid valve on the supply channel; backflow preventing check valves(13) installed next to the flow meter on the supply channel and installed in the middle of the hydrochloric acid supply hose and the sodium hypochlorite supply hose; a line mixer part(30) connected to the other end of the supply channel; a hydrochloric acid supply hose(35) connected to the line mixer part; a hydrochloric acid tank(40) connected to the hydrochloric acid supply hose; a hydrochloric acid fixed quantity feeding pump(45) mounted on the hydrochloric acid tank; a sodium hypochlorite supply hose(50) connected to the line mixer part; a sodium hypochlorite tank(55) connected to the hydrochloric acid supply hose; a sodium hypochlorite fixed quantity feeding pump(60) mounted on the sodium hypochlorite tank; a discharge channel(65) of which one end is connected to the line mixer part; a pH sensor(70) installed in the middle of the discharge channel; valves(90) installed in front and rear of the pH sensor on the discharge channel; a reactor(75) installed next to the pH sensor on the discharge channel; a sterilizing and disinfecting water discharge port(80) installed at one side of the body and connected to the other end of the discharge channel; and an electric and electronic control part(85) for controlling operation of the solenoid valve, the flow meter, the hydrochloric acid fixed quantity feeding pump, the sodium hypochlorite fixed quantity feeding pump, and the pH sensor. |
