DISK ROLL

A disk roll for use in conveying a member in a heated state, the disk roll comprising: a first disk roll part formed by stacking plural sheets of first disks which are made of a material that tends to shrink upon heating; and a second disk roll part formed by stacking plural sheets of second disks which are made of a material that tends to expand upon heating, the outer diameter of the first disks being larger than the outer diameter of the second disks. According to the present invention, a disk roll which is remarkably reduced in powder falling as compared with the conventional one and has high thermal shock resistance can be provided.
