An in-vehicle information reproducing apparatus includes a display (10) capable of presenting plural pictures reproduced by a picture reproducing portion (100) corresponding to seating positions of plural passengers individually. A sound distributing portion (102) distributes plural sounds corresponding to the plural pictures reproduced by the sound reproducing portion (102) individually corresponding to the seating position of the plural passengers. Plural seats (20,21) have a head rest on which each passenger is seated. Speakers (40,41) are built in the head rest of at least a seat of the plural seats and reproduce sound distributed from the sound distributing portion (102).
The aim is to provide the driver with vehicle-related information, e.g. from a navigation system, while the passenger could watch and listen to a movie.
