A structure for reinforcing rigidity of a printed circuit board and a flat panel display module comprising the same are provided to improve the rigidity of the printed circuit board by installing a reinforcing member on heat-sinks. A structure for reinforcing rigidity of a printed circuit board includes a printed circuit board(110), a plurality of circuit elements(150), a plurality of heat-sinks(160), and a reinforcing member(170). The circuit elements are arranged on the printed circuit board. The heat-sinks come in contact with the circuit elements and include a plurality of radiating fins. The reinforcing member is installed on at least two heat-sinks of the heat-sinks. The circuit elements are formed with switching elements. The switching elements are formed with field effect transistors.
