A product separating apparatus of a conveyor is provided to simplify the structure of the apparatus by separating a product on the upper side of the product. A product separating apparatus of a conveyor separates a product from the conveyor. The product separating apparatus includes a frame(32), a separating member(34), and a cylinder(36). The frame is installed on the upper side of the conveyor. The separating member is installed long in the frame in the conveyance direction of the product. The cylinder operates the separating member. A middle portion of the separating member is hinge-coupled and can be moved upward and downward by the cylinder. Catching portions(34a,34b) restricting the product are formed at both lengthwise ends of the separating member.
