ENTRY BOARD USING PHOTOSENSITIVITY MATERIALS

An entry board using a photosensitive material is provided to improve a degree of machining position of a drilled hole and the number of the stacks by making a thickness of a metallic foil thick. An entry board includes a metallic foil(100) and a first drilled intrusion layer(100) containing a photosensitive material adhered on one surface of the metal foil. A second drilled intrusion layer containing a photosensitive material is adhered on the other surface of the metal foil. The first drilled intrusion layer contains a lubricant. The first drilled intrusion layer has a photosensitive material layer made of the photosensitive material and a protective film for protecting the photosensitive layer.
