摘要 A 5-inosinic acid-producing microorganism of Corynebacterium genus capable of increasing expression of a glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase gene and a method for producing the 5-inosinic acid by using the same microorganism are provided to enhance productivity of 5-inosinic acid and reduce fermentation time by increasing cell growth rate through overexpression of the glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase gene. The 5-inosinic acid-producing microorganism of Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJGAP101(KCCM-10690P) is able to increase expression of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase gene compared to a mother strain, wherein the mother strain is Corynebacterium ammoniagenes ATCC 6872, Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJIP009(KCCM-10226), Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJHK25(KCCM-10520) or Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJHB100(KCCM-10330). The 5-inosinic acid is produced by culturing Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJGAP101(KCCM-10690P) in a medium.
