PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and compact device allowing easy and effective collection of moisture contained in a fuel exhaust gas and an oxidizer exhaust gas. SOLUTION: In this device, a cooling water tank provided in a cooling water circulation system of a fuel cell stacked body 1 comprises a first tank 13a and a second tank 13b connected to each other through cooling water stored in the cooling water tank. A fuel exhaust gas and an oxidizer exhaust gas from the fuel cell stacked body 1 are respectively introduced into the first tank 13a and the second tank 13b to collect moisture contained in the gases, then the gases are burned in a combustion chamber 12. |
