<p>Expanded cosmetic composition (I) for the care and/or make-up of keratinous matter comprises an aqueous phase and filler in a medium. The composition has a density of =0.12 g/cm 3>. Independent claims are included for: (1) a distributor i.e. able to form the expanded composition, comprising: a base composition comprising an aqueous phase and a filler, in a medium and an expanded composition dispenser for delivering the base composition in the form of (I), where the dispenser comprises either a reservoir containing the base composition and a distribution head for delivering the expanded composition or a reservoir containing the base composition and a propellant gas, a manually activated mechanism comprising a pump to produce a volume of expanded composition and a distribution head, in fluidic communication with the mechanism, to deliver the expanded composition; and (2) a process for caring and/or making up the body, comprising application of (I) to the surface to be treated and/or made up.</p> |
