A posture correction apparatus for persons sitting in meditation is provided to prevent legs from moving when the person sits in meditation for a long time, by firmly fixing thighs of both legs to a backrest and a waist belt. The posture correction apparatus for persons sitting in meditation is composed of waist belts(2) formed at both lower sides of a backrest(1) to fix the backrest to the user's waist; a rear cloth(31) formed at the upper part of the backrest and connected to the backrest to come into close contact with the back; and arm and shoulder fixing parts(3) formed at both sides of the rear cloth, wherein the upper parts of both arms and shoulders are inserted into the arm and shoulder fixing parts.
