A waste rolling oil regenerating apparatus having a degassing function is provided to greatly extend the life of regenerated rolling oil by regenerating pure rolling oil from the sludge removed waste rolling oil through boiling point separation and preventing oxidation of the regenerated rolling oil through degassing at the same time after removing sludge contained in waste rolling oil. A waste rolling oil regenerating apparatus having a degassing function comprises a filter, a vapor generator, a heater, a special packing part, an economizer, a cooler, a recovery tank, an ejector pump and an ejector, and a degasser(25). The degasser comprises: a case(257) which has an inlet(252) formed on an upper part thereof, and an outlet(256) formed on a lower part thereof, and in which a hollow part(255) is formed, and in which a hollow part is formed; and filtering meshes(254) disposed in the hollow part of the case and stacked in a multilayer between the inlet and the outlet, wherein the filtering meshes are constructed in such a structure that horizontally disposed filtering meshes and filtering meshes inclined downward as much as 3 to 7 degrees of an angle with respect to the horizontally disposed filtering meshes are alternately stacked, and wherein a pipe type sensor(259) for sensing a level of a regenerated rolling oil is installed between the inlet and the top of the filter meshes in the hollow part of the case.
