A device, a method, and a system for providing SLA in an e-government network are provided to offer a user an objective service according to the SLA by collecting and applying service quality information of the e-government network to a quality warranty system. An information collector(331) generates SLA quality information by collecting/processing data for opening, failure, and communication quality of the user of the e-government network. A database(332) stores the SLA quality information. A violation information extractor(333) extracts SLA quality violation information violating an SLA quality standard by searching the SLA quality information stored in the database. A user processor(334) generates the SLA quality violation information of each user by aggregating the SLA quality violation information of each user according to the SLA quality index applied to the e-government network. The SLA quality index includes opening quality information, failure quality information, and communication quality information. |
