A method for manufacturing a display, a display and an electronic device are provided to improve manufacturing efficiency by forming a column spacer through a bank layer forming banks. A bank layer(71) is formed on a switching device substrate in a process of forming a bank layer. The bank layer is selectively etched to form banks(B,B1,B2) in a process of forming a recess(74). The bank layer is selectively etched to form a column spacer(67) in a process of forming a spacer. A functional solution is placed in the recess between the banks in a process of placing a functional solution. The column spacer is formed on a region on which a switching device is formed. The functional solution is placed at a predetermined position divided by the banks to form at least one of a source electrode and a drain electrode.
