A light emitting device according to the present invention includes: a first light source for emitting light having a first wavelength; and a second light source for emitting light having a second wavelength which is different from the first wavelength, wherein the first light source and the second light source are arranged in the same housing, and a relationship of thetah 1 >thetah 2 is satisfied, where thetah 1 denotes an angle (full-width-half-maximum) of radiation of the light emitted from the first light source in the horizontal direction, and thetah 2 denotes an angle (full-width-half-maximum) of radiation of the light emitted from the second light source in the horizontal direction.
