An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to facilitate a manufacturing process by providing a driving circuit unit and an inverter unit through one process. A liquid crystal panel(100) includes an electrode pad. A driving unit(200) is connected to the electrode pad, and applies a driving signal to the liquid crystal panel. A light emitting diode unit(500) supplies light to a rear surface of the liquid crystal panel. A circuit substrate(600) includes a driving circuit unit(610) applying a panel driving voltage to the driving unit, and an inverter(620) supplying a light emitting diode driving power to the light emitting diode unit. The circuit substrate includes a voltage converting unit, and the voltage converting unit converts a voltage input from the outside into one of a panel reference voltage supplied to the driving circuit unit and a light emitting reference voltage supplied to the inverter unit. |
