ELECTRON EMISSION DISPLAY DEVICE CAPABLE OF MEASURING ARC AND ARC MEASURING METHOD

An electron emission display device capable of measuring an arc and an arc measuring method are provided to secure reliability thereof by detecting arc generated therefrom. A pixel unit(100) includes an anode electrode for emitting electrons corresponding to voltages applied to a first and second electrodes and generating a high voltage. A data driver(200) generates a data signal by using an image signal and transmits the data signal to the first electrode. A scan driver(300) generates a scan signal and transmits the scan signal to the second electrode. A power supply unit(400) transmits the high voltage to the anode electrode. An arc measurement unit(500) is connected between the power supply unit and the anode electrode in order to measure an arc by using a variation of the voltages applied to the anode electrode.
