DRIVE VOLTAGE GENERATING MODULE FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

A module for generating a driving voltage of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to perform a stable operation by controlling the difference between gate on and off voltages according to temperature. A liquid driving voltage generating unit(410) generates a liquid driving voltage(AVDD) and a switching voltage(PWM_SW). A gate on voltage generating module(420), which is connected between a driving voltage and a ground voltage, includes a first temperature compensating circuit for outputting a voltage which is inversely proportional to a temperature, and a first charge pumping circuit for outputting a gate on voltage(Von). The drive voltage generating module(430) includes a second temperature compensating circuit for outputting a voltage which is proportional to temperature, and a second charge pumping circuit for outputting a gate off voltage(Voff).
