A hood latch structure is provided to extend a hood release cable to a rear surface of a front end module to prevent a hood from being opened from the exterior of a vehicle. A hood latch structure includes a front end module(1), a latch base(2), a latch main body(10), and a release cable(3). The front end module is mounted on the hood latch structure. The latch base is fixed to a front surface of the front end module. The latch main body is installed at the latch base. The release cable transmits a hood opening force of a driver to the latch main body. The release cable extends along a rear surface of the front end module to be connected to one end of a pole member through a through-hole(1a) formed at a rear surface of the front end module.
