Geosynthetics having soil and water affinities and improved frictional force are provided to increase the stability of a reinforced retaining wall by attaching friction particles on the surface, thereby having the affinity with soil of a retaining wall and increasing the angle of friction between soil and a reinforcement member. The invention relates to geosynthetics having soil and water affinities and improved frictional force for increasing the pull-out resistance of a reinforcement member laid in layers while building a reinforced retaining wall to the maximum by attaching friction particles(22) having soil and water affinities on the surface of a reinforcement member(10) to be exposed to the outside partially, wherein the reinforcement member contains many small gaps(28) on the surface to increase the binding strength with a bank layer of a reinforced retaining wall.
