A storing box moving apparatus for a refrigerator is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by installing only one rail assembly capable of moving a storing box. A storing box moving apparatus for a refrigerator includes a rail assembly(31), a guide rail(32), a self-damping unit(34), a moving rail(46), an intermediate rail(44), and a plurality of ball bearings. The rail assembly is installed on a bottom of an inner case(30) through a first coupling hole(30a). The guide rail is fixed and installed on a bottom of the inner case. The self-damping unit is installed on one side of a rear part of the guide rail for lowering a moving speed of the moving rail. The moving rail is installed on the rail assembly and is movably installed on the intermediate rail. The plurality of ball bearings is installed between the intermediate rail and moving rail for moving the moving rail along the guide rail. The moving rail is coupled to a storing box and moves back and forth with the storing box along the guide rail. |
