A heat exchange tube and a heat exchanger with the same are provided to form surfaces with comb shaped patterns for increasing heat exchange areas and making stirring state of fluid smooth, and realizing uniform flow of the fluid. A heat exchange tube includes right and left surfaces(130,140) in the flat shape, and upper and lower surfaces(110,120) curved outward, wherein the right and left surfaces are integrally formed with concave and convex surfaces(150) in the slant comb shape for increasing surface areas for heat exchange. The concave and convex surface is formed with trapezoidal peak and valley parts continuously. |
