An apparatus and a method for removing sludge from dredged soils and treating polluted water are provided to inject purified water into the river or reservoir again without generating secondary pollution by separating gravel and sand from dredged soils obtained from the bottom of a river or reservoir, separating sludge contained in polluted water, removing residual materials from sludge-separated polluted water, and passing the residual material-removed polluted water through a filter. An apparatus for removing sludge from dredged soils and treating polluted water comprises: a selective cleaning equipment(10) comprising a hopper(11) which is formed at one side, and into which dredged soils containing polluted water are injected, a circular screen(12) which has screw protrusions(12a) and drain holes(12b) formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof, and is installed within the cylindrical sorting machine, and a cylindrical sorting machine(13) which has a discharge port(13a) formed at a lower part of one side thereof, and a connecting pipe(13b) installed at the center of the lower part thereof; a sludge unit(20) comprising a storage tank part(23) having a storage tank(21) of which a lower part is connected to a feeding pipe(24a), and a dewatering screen body(22) which is installed above the storage tank and includes a vibrator(22a) and a chute(22b), an electric powered cyclone(25) in which an electric powered screw(25a) is rotated by a motor, and a recycling box(26) of which an upper part is connected to an inclined upper part of the electric powered cyclone, and which has a connecting pipe(26a); a centrifugal separator(30) comprising a feeding pipe(31) in which a feeding path(31a) is formed, and which has a screw(31b) formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof, and a separator body(32) which has a discharge port(32a) formed on a lower part of one side thereof, and a drainpipe(32b) connected to the other side of the lower part thereof; a thickener(40) comprising a steel pipe(41) connected to the drainpipe(32b), and a discharge pipe(42); and moving means(50) which has wheels(51) and fixing plates(60). |
