A surface-treated clay brick manufacturing method is provided to prevent a freeze fracture and discoloration by decreasing the absorptivity of a substrate and to doubly treat the upper surface of a clay brick molded material with powdered oil produced by mixing bio minerals and a glaze frit. The surface-treated clay brick manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a clay extrusion-molded material(100) by extrusion-molding a clay mixture by an extrusion molding machine(10); powdering engobe oil produced by combining and wet-pulverizing natural minerals by a ball mill, on the upper surface of the clay extrusion-molded material; producing powdered oil in a dry method by mixing bio minerals and a glaze frit and pulverizing the mixture and then doubly treating the upper surface of the clay extrusion-molded material powdered with the engobe oil; forming a brick-shaped molded material(110) by cutting the clay extrusion-molded material having a doubly treated surface at regular intervals; drying the brick-shaped molded material; and thermally treating the dried brick-shaped molded material in a heating furnace(80). |
