A system and method for sensing condition of an automobile and a driver is provided to inform the condition of the automobile and a driver to the driver to prevent traffic accidents. A system for sensing condition of an automobile and a driver includes a driver detection module(102), and an automobile detection module(104). The driver detection module analyzes an alcohol ratio in the automobile to determine when the driver is drunken or not. The automobile detection module is installed to perform an engine detection function for detecting a controller of an engine to periodically check whether the engine is abnormal, and a speed detection function for detecting a speed of the automobile. Information detected by the detection module is transmitted to the controller, and the controller informs the information to the driver.
