An apparatus for assembling of an air extractor grill is provided to improve workability by performing an assembly process with a minimized force of a worker using elastic force of a spring. An apparatus for assembling of an air extractor grill includes a pair of cross bars(20), a hinge part(22), a pair of coil springs(32,34), and a foam pad part. The pair of cross bars are installed on upper and lower parts of a grill housing(10) crossing both ends of the grill housing. The hinge part is installed on the center of the cross bars for folding the cross bars. The coil springs are mounted on both ends of the cross bars. The foam pad part is installed on the coil springs and is intervened between a body frame panel(1) and the grill housing.
