A cover for repairing a high mounted stop lamp on a rear spoiler of a vehicle is provided to repeatedly disassemble the high mounted stop lamp to improve maintenance and assembly efficiency. A cover for repairing a high mounted stop lamp on a rear spoiler of a vehicle includes a flange(21), a rear spoiler(10), and a screw(50). The flange projects from the high mounted stop lamp to be assembled to the rear spoiler. The flange is deposited on the rear spoiler and assembled to the rear spoiler by the screw. At least two fastening holes(100) are formed to pass through both sides of the flange of the high mounted stop lamp. A cover body is provided at the fastening part. Guide rails having a predetermined depth are formed at both sides of the cover body. Guide projections corresponding to the guide rails are formed at a movable hooking part inserted into the guide rail.
