Hash values on individual hash units set as refined data of storage contents of an information recording medium are recorded in a contents hash table and are stored together with the contents in the information recording medium. An information processing device for executing the reproduction of contents executes the hash value collations on the basis of at least one hash unit selected at random. According to this configuration, irrespective of the data quantity of the contents, the hash values of a small quantity based on the hash units can be calculated and collated for efficient contents verification in a user device to execute the contents reproduction.
