A contents download method of a mobile communication terminal using a user account server and a system thereof are provided to enable the terminal to forward contents items to be downloaded to a user account server when downloading mobile contents, therefore a user can save charges produced by wireless downloading of the contents. A predetermined input signal for wireless Internet accessing is detected(S400). Mobile contents to be downloaded are selected(S401). A method for downloading the corresponding contents is decided on(S402). If the contents are downloaded by selecting a user account server, a registered server information list menu screen is displayed(S403). If registered server information does not exist, a terminal moves to a server information registration menu screen(S409). The terminal inputs a server to be stored from a displayed server information list, and conducts contents downloading(S404,S405). A terminal user inputs a password and an ID, and the terminal authenticates the inputted data, and accesses the user account server to execute the downloaded contents information(S406,S407).
