An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a display substrate for the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the adherence between a reflecting electrode and a transparent electrode below the reflecting electrode, by forming the reflecting electrode to have a double-layered structure including a lower layer of silver alloy and an upper layer of a transparent conductive material. A reflecting electrode(194) is formed on a substrate(110). The reflecting electrode has a double-layered structure including a lower layer(194p) and an upper layer(194q). The lower layer of the reflecting electrode is formed of silver alloy containing molybdenum, and the upper layer of the reflecting electrode is formed of a transparent conductive material. The upper layer of the reflecting electrode is formed of IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide).
