A crushing blade is provided to bond different metal members in different coupling structures based on expansion strengths and to have a gap hole to discharge gas and air when welding silver solder plate used as an adhesive. A crushing blade includes a main body(90) and a blade part(10). The main body has a penetrating hole to receive a shaft and a polygonal shaped structure formed in the penetrating hole for preventing the shaft from sliding. The main body includes the blade part formed at respective apexes. Since strong crushing force is applied to the blade part, the blade part is preferably made of tungsten carbide with high abrasion resistance and high strength. The blade is coupled with the main body by inserting a silver solder between contacting surfaces of coupling part to bond two metal members to each other at 700 degrees centigrade to 900 degrees centigrade. A gap hole is formed in a bonding apex surface of the blade part to discharge air generated due to the melting of the silver solder between the two metal members. A man body is coupled with the blade part by a bolt. |
