A fuel regulating device of a drier burner is provided to easily assemble and convert the device according to sort of supplied fuel by installing a regulator clearly distinguishing an assembling process and an assembling finished state. A fuel regulating device of a drier burner comprises a passage unit and a regulator. The passage unit has a fuel supply passage connecting the burner with an external fuel source and moves fuel supplied to the burner. The regulator is installed on the fuel supply passage and combined with the passage unit as at least two selectable assembling structures capable of regulating the amount of supplied fuel according to the fuel sort in an assembling direction/method distinguished according to the selected fuel. The regulator is equipped with screws(72) having different lengths at both sides to be combined at one side according to the selected fuel and a hanger(74) of a polygon shape at the middle portion to be tightened and combined.
