A parking gear control device for automatic transmission is provided to couple stably a sprag with a parking gear by operating a lever. A parking gear control device shifts a locking state of a parking gear to an unlocking state or the unlocking state to the locking state of the parking gear by operating a lever(5) of automatic transmission. A sprag body(10) is connected with a position apart from teeth of the parking gear by using a hinge. The sprag body is rotatably coupled with an end of a connecting rod connected to the lever when the lever is shifted to a parking section. A control device(20) is coupled with a side of the parking gear of the sprag body in order to be rotated at a constant angle. The control device has a bent shape so that the teeth of the parking gear come in contact with both ends of the control device.
