A junction box terminal connecting structure in a vehicle is provided to simultaneously connect a battery terminal and a generator terminal to a junction box without using a separate coupling torque determination process. A junction box terminal connecting structure in a vehicle includes a battery terminal(1), a generator terminal(3), and a junction box. The battery terminal includes a rectangular coupling part having a coupling hole, and a wire connection part bent downward from the coupling part to be connected to a wire. The generator terminal includes a coupling part having a coupling hole, and a wire connection part bent downward from the coupling part to be connected to the wire. The battery terminal is integrally formed with the generator terminal through the medium of a connection part(4). Both ends of the connection part are connected to one side of the coupling part of the battery terminal and one side of the coupling part of the generator terminal.
