Provided is a silicone composition, which forms cured products thereof having good flexibility and less surface tags and is easily moldable even by the conventional molding apparatus. The silicone composition contains (A) a resin-structure organopolysiloxane comprising an R^1SiO_1.5 unit, an R^2_2SiO unit, and an R^3_aR^4_bSiO_((4-a-b)/2) unit, wherein R^1, R^2, and R^3 represent a methyl group, an ethyl group, a propyl group, a cyclohexyl group, or a phenyl group, R^4 is a vinyl group or allyl group, a is 0, 1, or 2, b is 1 or 2, and a+b is 2 or 3, and having a repeat number of the R^2_2SiO unit of 10-300, (B) a resin-structure organohydrogenpolysiloxane comprising an R^1SiO_1.5 unit, an R^2_2SiO unit, and R^3_cH_dSiO_((4-c-d)/2) unit, wherein R^1, R^2, R^3 represent a methyl group, an ethyl group, a propyl group, a cyclohexyl group, or a phenyl group, c is 0, 1, or 2, d is 1 or 2, and c+d is 2 or 3, and having a repeat number of the R^2_2SiO unit of 10-300 in such a sufficient amount that a molar ratio of a hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom in the (B) component relative to the vinyl group or allyl group in the (A) component is 0.1-4.0, and (C) a platinum group-based catalyst in an effective amount to cure the composition. |
